Streamline Strata Care is the new name for Streamline Property Care, caring for Sydney strata buildings since 2007. Sam Spry, involved in the business since 2022, took over in 2025 and runs it from Maroubra. The Streamline name and the web address have not changed. Some of the buildings we look after have stayed with Streamline since the Streamline Property Care days.
The entity behind the name is Streamline Stratacare Pty Ltd, ABN 69 251 424 351 – the same ABN on our invoices and certificates. More on the change of owner, including how to check it yourself.
